Chilsong Martial Arts is run by Bob and Nikki
Banham who have lived in Cawston since 1986. Bob started in martial arts
in 1967 at the age of 14 and Nikki in 1971 at age 23. Bob now holds 6th
dan in Hanmudo and Nikki 5th dan. Bob was Europe's 1st Hanmudo Master
and Nikki was Europe's 1st female Master. Chilsong teaches the
traditional Korean martial art of Hanmudo to anyone from the age of 4
years and classes for all age groups are held throughout the week in
Reepham, Cromer and Norwich.
