starting at 7:00 pm

and are open to electors, the press and public to attend

(Note: Planning Committee meetings marked* will only held if planning

applications cannot be held over until the next available

full council meeting)

Agendas for all Council and Committee meetings are displayed

on parish notice boards at least three clear days before the meeting

At the end of all full meetings ten minutes are set aside for electors of the parish to speak and bring up any matters requiring the council's attention.

Cawston Parish Council comprises eleven members who are elected to serve a four year term of office. The next ordinary elections will be held in May 2011. The Parish Council meets at the Village Hall, Aylsham Road, Cawston. A list of meeting dates is displayed on Council notice boards at

The Council also has a Planning Committee which meets when required to deal with planning applications received between council meetings as well as any other urgent business.
