Unless otherwise notified all Council &
Planning meeting are held at
Cawston Village Hall, High Street, Cawston
every month on the third Thursday at 7pm
and are open to electors, the press and
public to attend.Agendas for all council meeting are
displayed
on the parish notice boards at least three days before the meeting.
At the end of all meeting ten minutes are set aside for electors of
the
parish to speak and bring any maters requiring council's attention. |
